Rewind bench, fireproof self closing spool storage bins, non-sync, and
carbon rods for projector arc lamps stored under bench
Not the ideal place to store carbons as they were quite fragile
and could be kicked, and easily damaged
A posive carbon in the 1960s cost about 2 shillings (10p)
This was about 20 minutes wages for a Chief projectionist in a large cinema
