Designed by J.E. Adamson
Opened February 7th 1920, and seated 1285
Enlarged by Robert Cromie to give 280 extra seats in September 1928
Closed 27th July 1931 for redecoration, and reopened 3rd August 1931 with the film "Manslaughter"
Rebuilt to the plans of C.J. Foster, and reopened 12th September 1964 as the ABC
The film was "Wonderful Life"
Closed 26th February 1983
The last film shown was "An Officer and a Gentleman"
Demolished between March and May 1985
