There was also a large cafe/restaurant, and a free car park at the rear
I have no information about the original company, but it was taken over by Associated British Cinemas
in February 1936
It kept it's name until 1962 when it was re-named ABC
In April 1978 it was closed for conversion into a 4 screen cinema
Closed on December 11th 1997
Demolished, and a Tesco supermarket built on the site
