This machine was the portable version of the Victoria 12
Both the Vic 12 and the Portacine were only in production for five years (1982/87)
35mm portable machine with a spool capacity of 6000 ft (light-weight spools)
Take-up with torque motor
Optical sound head with solar cell
Could be fitted with either a 1000W halogen, or 500W xenon lamp
Optional magnetic head
